Limited Warranty
The products sold via this website are warranted to be free from defects at the time of shipment to the user. This warranty does not guarantee a useful life of filters, UltraVioLight or UltraVioLight Plus lamps. Our only obligation shall be, at our option, to repair or replace the defective component(s) or refund the purchase price thereof.

We make this warranty in lieu of warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our products are sold only with warranties implied by law.
Limitation of Liability
Except as provided above, Abatement Technologies shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising out of the use or misuse of AT products or the inability to use such products. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive.

Product Returns
All returns are subject to the following requirements:
1. A request for "Return Authorization" must be submitted to our Customer Service Dept at info@orderabatement.com within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days all sales are final.
2. Once a "Return Authorization" (RA) has been issued, the goods must be received by us within 30 days. Return shipment must be sent "Freight Prepaid". Unauthorized returns and collect shipments will not be accepted.
3. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Partial cases and used merchandise cannot be returned for credit.
4. The carton containing the returned goods must be clearly marked with the RA#, along with the customer name, address and telephone number. This will facilitate processing of the credit to your account.
5. We urge you to properly insure your return package because Abatement Technologies is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
6. Within 5 days of receipt and inspection of merchandise, a credit will be issued to your credit card account. No cash refunds will be made.
